When purchasing products from the Studio Soleil website, you can pay using any of the following methods:

• Bank Transfer
• Debit Card
• Credit Card

Payment are made in £GBP
Please note: If you are purchasing from out with the UK, some banks may charge you an International Transaction Fee.

Should you want to purchase using Bank Transfer, you will be notified of our bank details when your online order is complete.

When paying with Bank Transfer, you must include the Invoice # Number.

Failure to include this, could result in your payment not being processed.

 

Refunds & Returns

Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been opened or used.

This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
