No matter what skin type you have, it is always best to wash your face at least once a day. Using a cleanser for this is a very effective way to remove pollutants and unwanted oils.
It should be noted that over washing of the face can leave the skin feeling tight and dry so using a cleanser once a day is recommended.

Can you over over cleanse?

Yes, if you are cleansing to often and wake in the morning with a dry and irritated face then sometimes this can be a sign that you are over cleansing. If this is the case then perhaps try reducing your daily cleansing to once a day.

What Toners should I avoid?

If you have sensitive skin, experts advise that you should avoid formulas that can cause irritation such as peppermint oil and tea tree oil.
